  • Develops and implements workflow schedules and personnel assignments of up to 20 people in dynamic relationship to changing projects scope dictates to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Creates daily status reports to keep corporate managers and studio executives abreast of progress, quality control and cost accounting of a budget ranging up to $5 million annual.
  • Orchestrates the collaboration between production team, creative artists and account executives regarding planning, scheduling and logistics to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Client liaison regarding all matters pertaining to production, coordination, intellectual property transfer, delivery of completed products, job pricing, and invoicing for services.

Jetty – MBA Consultant  


Marcy 2016 – May 2016

Created a go-market strategy for expansion to the United States from Sweden. 
  • Built up the current business model and identified additional new revenue streams.
  • Created workflows for using the product in the newly identified revenue streams.
